Bife & Gambas

Bife de chorizo paired with a skewer of large Argentine prawns from the grill. Surf and pampa, the house favourite for the indecisive.

A note from the parrillero

“The fire isn't a tool. It's a guest at the table,
and the most patient one we know.”

On the oldest
canal in Amsterdam.

A short walk from Amsterdam Centraal, on the Voorburgwal. Look for the warm light through the windows and the scent of oak embers spilling onto the canal.
